Camping

Prices below are for the NASCAR Cup events in March and September and are for the entire week. It doesn't matter if you come on Sunday or Friday – we charge the same rate, so come early and stay with us a while and enjoy your trip to Bristol! We are also open for NHRA THunder Valley Nationals, Cleetus and Cars and Country Thunder Bristol. Contact our office for pricing for these specific events.

Non-Reserved Camping

Earhart Campground offers more than 100 acres of camping and parking. We have plenty of camping available and have rarely filled up. Camping locations are decided on a first-come, first-served basis. Campsite sizes are approximately 30 to 40 feet long and 18 feet wide to allow room for awnings. Vehicles with a permit are allowed to park at your campsite, providing they DO NOT obstruct roads. Price includes applicable taxes and fees.

$200 per site/week

Tents
$150 per site/week (1 tent per site)

Extra Vehicle
$30/week when purchased at campsite check-in (limit 2 per site)

$50/week additional camping vehicles

Reserved Camping

Get above the noise and congestion and enjoy the view of Bristol Motor Speedway from a premier camping location. Sites are full or partial hookups and you'll have a specific site reserved. Reservations must be paid for in full prior to the event.

Level 1:

Sites have full hookups including water, sewer and electric. Includes one extra vehicle pass.

Price: $550/week (plus applicable taxes and fees)

Level 2:

Sites have no hookups, but there is water available and there is also a dump station located on the second level.

Price: $250/week (plus applicable taxes and fees)

Level 3:

Sites have water and electric hookups. There are no sewer hookups on this level. However, a pump truck comes around daily. Includes one extra vehicle pass.

Price: $550/week (plus applicable taxes and fees)

All cancellations made 30 days prior to opening day are subject to a $50 service charge. Any cancellations within 30 days of opening day are subject to forteiture of payment.

Rules and Expectations

Do:

Always display proper permits on vehicle/camper.
Observe 7 mph speed limit.
Leashed pets are welcome.
Propane grills and heating sources permitted.
take advantage of vendors and corporate displays on premise.

DON'T:

All fireworks prohibited.
No wood burning fires allowed. Grills and popane pits and heaters are permitted.
No golf carts, ATVs or other non-street legal vehicles permitted.
Please be aware of overhead power lines. Don't erect flag poles within 50 feet of power lines.
We are not responsible for theft of property or accidents.
Use of drones or unmanned aircraft is prohibited and unauthorized use will result in expulsion from the property.
Unauthorized sale or solicitation are prohibited throughout Earhart Campground. Vending agreement required for any sales on property.
Concert Restrictions: COOLER RESTRICTIONS for concert-goers. Coolers no larger than 14"x14"x14" will not be permitted. Absolutely NO GLASS. Umbrellas and chairs will also not be permitted.
