Tent Camping

With more than 100 acres of camping and parking, Earhart Campground offers plenty of room to make yourself at home during your visit to Bristol.

Hookup campsites are available by reservation, while primitive (non-hookup) camping is offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Our primitive camping areas provide flexibility for guests who prefer a more traditional camping experience or make last-minute plans.

Most tent campsites measure approximately 20 feet long by 20 feet wide, providing ample space for one tent, one dining canopy and one vehicle. Properly permitted vehicles may park at your campsite as long as they do not obstruct roadways or neighboring campsites.

One Price for the Entire NASCAR Event Weekend

Our camping rates cover the entire NASCAR event week, regardless of your arrival day. Whether you arrive on Opening Day, Wednesday to settle in early, or Friday just before the race begins, you’ll pay the same rate.

(1) sleeping tent and (1) vehicle per site.
Extra vehicles may purchase a camping vehicle pass and may be parked adjacent to the site (as long as road not obstructed).
Includes (2) shower house passes.
Access to shared water.
Sites located in both Earhart East and Earhart West.
Sites available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

As a convenience to our customers you can now pay for your reserved campsite with a debit/credit card over the phone. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and AmEx. A 3% convenience fee is added to all credit card transactions. If you are paying upon arrival, cash is the preferred method of payment.

Cancellations on reservations up to 30 days prior to check-in date receive a full refund of deposit paid minus the $50 service fee and the $3.50 reservation fee. If cancelled 15-29 days from check-in, guests will receive credit (less the $53.50 service and reservation fees) to be used on a future stay (within 2 years). Reservations cancelled 0-14 days from check-in are non-refundable.

Always yield to pedestrian traffic.
Leashed pets are welcome.
Propane grills and heating sources permitted.
Take advantage of vendors and corporate displays.
Utilize shower/restroom facilities with armbands (2 included with campsite purchase).
Please be courteous and respectful of others.

All fireworks are prohibited.
No wood burning fires allowed. (Grills, propane pits and heaters are permitted.)
No golf carts, ATVs or other non-street legal vehicles permitted.
Please be aware of overhead power lines. Don’t erect flag poles within 50 feet of power lines.
Use of drones or unmanned aircraft is prohibited and unauthorized use will result in expulsion from the property.
Unauthorized sales or solicitations are prohibited throughout Earhart Campground. Vending agreement required for any sales on property. For more information please ask a member of our team or call 423-764-4406.
